  Most awful customer service experience I have ever had. The manager was extremely rude and aggressive when I called to find out why my order was three hours late. I kept getting different answers every time i called. The manager insinuated that somehow it was my fault. He clearly has had no customer service training and should definitely be given some training. Disgusted with this.

  Very poor and aggressive customer service. I made an order for delivery on Feb 3rd, with a delivery planned the following day between 11am-12pm, items to be used in a big brunch. At 12pm, delivery had still not arrived so I contacted the store and they confirmed it had left. 45 minutes later, I received a call asking me to confirm some missing items before sending the order, meaning it had never left. The girl assured me that it would arrive by 12:30 pm. We ended up ordering in because of how late it was and because we needed to start by 2pm. My order finally arrived late accompanied by rock hard baguettes at 2pm only which was suppose to be the start time of our brunch. I called to make a complaint and was transferred to the director. I explained him the situation and requested a small credit for my next order to compensate for the inconvenience, wrong information provided by more than one person on time. He was very agreesive, raised his voice, and would not allow me to speak telling me that there wasn’t no way they hindered my brunch because I wouldn’t have had time to prepare even if it came on time. After listening to him yell at me for 10 minutes, I simply asked him to have his boss call me. I guess we will see if someone actually calls. Honestly shocked by the poor customer service, especially when IGA is such a big grocery store.

  Worst customer service experience ever. Went to a friend's house for a brunch and she had ordered food from the delivery service. Was suppose to arrive between 11 and 12 and by 12:45 still nothing. We called and were told it was leaving now. 1:15 still nothing... they called to say they needed to confirm some items... then by 1:45 still nothing. Got the order at 2pm and the baguettes were hard and not fresh. My friend called in and after getting nowhere with one of the employees, she spoke to the manager, Carl. Never in my life have i heard someone be so unprofessional. This guy was talking to my friend in the most aggresive tone and accused her that these items she ordered werent really for a brunch as it seemed "too late in the day for that". Absoutely zero respect and im shocked that any manager would speak to a customer that way.

  Fruits and veggies seem to be good quality. There is a lot of choice and prices are good.
