  Every time I go there to buy a fish,I end up very disappointed. Their fish are always sick. The tanks are always full of sick fish. I can never find some healthy ones. So I always end up leaving empty handed and go to another petshop further away.

  Very disappointed with these guys a lot of dead fish in the tanks and over priced for fish and products. I can't say anything about the rest of the store.

  No return policy. Will only give you a credit. Prices are high sometimes double what they qre elsewhere. Owner is rude and not customer service oriented. I will never shop there again

  Very disappointed. Have bought a variety of fish for my 20 gallon tank here. The majority of them have been happily thriving for the past 2 years. Then about a month ago I bought a few more to add since we had space. Within 5 days many of my fish started acting strange. We looked close and realized the new fish must have brought in ich. I went back to the pet shop the next day....all the new fish died by now and my 2 year old thrivers all started looking bad. The lady at the shop did not seem surprised or really to care and sold me the treatment for the tank. Within the next 3 days we lost all our fish but 2. My husband went in because we felt they must be able to do something after all they sold us sick fish. They made up various reasons why it was probably our fault and offeres nothing. We will be moving our business elsewhere as they clearly don't care about their customers.
